SMASH provides the space, the turf, the tunnels and the technology. The coaching is delivered by our two official training partners — WIRED Baseball for baseball and Blueprint Fastpitch for fastpitch softball. Both build individual development plans around data, not guesswork.
Each partner runs its own athletes, staff and programming inside SMASH facilities. Start with a discovery call and they'll tell you honestly whether they're the right fit.

Built on a plan. Driven by data. Proven on the field. WIRED treats player development as an engineering problem — assess, plan, execute, measure, adjust.
WHAT THEY OFFER
Hitting — mechanics, approach and in-game transfer
Pitching & Throwing — velocity, command and arm health
Strength & Performance — athleticism that holds up over a season

Most training is reactive. Blueprint's is engineered — a written development plan for every athlete, measured and revised as she progresses.
WHAT THEY OFFER
• Hitting — mechanics, approach and in-game transfer
• Pitching & Throwing — velocity, command and arm health
• Strength & Performance — athleticism that holds up over a season
• Catching — receiving, blocking and throwing behind the plate
Both partners run the same six-phase development cycle. It is why training here looks different from an hour in a cage.
Measure where the athlete actually is — mechanics, output, movement quality — instead of guessing.
Build a written development plan targeting the specific limiters the assessment surfaced.
Execute the plan in small groups, with a coach who knows what this athlete is working on and why.
Track output session to session so progress is reported, not asserted.
Revise the plan around what the data shows, while the athlete keeps training.
Run the full assessment again and compare against the original baseline. The cycle repeats across the season.

Tunnels, pitching lanes, turf quads and full fields across three West Omaha facilities — so training is never at the mercy of Nebraska weather.
HitTrax ball tracking at SMASH Victory Center gives exit velocity, launch angle and spray data for evaluation and progress tracking.
Athletes in a program can add their own reps with a SMASH Pass or a tunnel rental between sessions.
Start with the discovery call for your athlete's sport. Both conversations cover the same ground — goals, current training, and whether the program is the right fit.
