The SMASH Pass is intended for individual and family skill development. It is not intended to replace standard rentals for teams, instructors, lessons, or organized group training.
- All reservations must be made through the SMASH app.
Reservations are subject to availability and are first-come, first-served.
- Members may reserve available times up to 30 days in advance.
- The Individual SMASH Pass includes up to 30 minutes per day.
- The Family SMASH Pass includes up to 60 minutes per day, shared by the household and used as one session.
- Daily time allowances do not carry over to another day.
- Late arrival does not extend the reservation.
- Members must leave the tunnel promptly at the scheduled end time, even when no reservation immediately follows.
- The Individual SMASH Pass may only be used by the named member.
- The Family SMASH Pass may only be used by eligible immediate family members living in the same household.
- Memberships may not be shared, transferred, or used by another household.
- Guests are not permitted during SMASH Pass reservations.
- A member may share a reserved tunnel with other members, but no more than three people total may use the tunnel during a membership reservation.
- Anyone under the age of 18 must be supervised by a parent or responsible adult.
- A parent or adult sibling may assist the member by throwing batting practice, catching, feeding a pitching machine, shagging balls, or helping with drills.
The SMASH Pass may not be used:
- By an instructor, coach, or trainer to conduct a lesson
- By a member while receiving private instruction from an instructor, coach, or trainer
- For paid instruction or commercial training
- For instructor-led or coach-led training sessions
All private lessons and instructor-led training must be reserved and paid for through the standard SMASH Indoor Sports rental process.
The SMASH Pass may not be used for:
- Team practices or organized team workouts
- Coach-led team training or scrimmages
- Camps, clinics, or group instruction
- Reserving space on behalf of a team, business, instructor, or organization
Even if everyone participating has an active membership, a coach cannot organize a workout by directing players to meet at SMASH and then conducting a structured practice or training session. Any team activity must be booked through the standard SMASH rental process.
Members may only use the specific space they reserved, and only during their scheduled reservation time. Membership access is limited to the reserved time and reserved space — open space elsewhere in the facility is not included.
Members may not reserve a tunnel and then move into an open quad, field, pitching lane, or other unreserved area simply because it appears available.
- Members may only use the tunnel reserved through the SMASH app.
- Additional tunnels, quads, pitching areas, or other spaces may not be used without a separate reservation.
- Return all baseballs, softballs, tees, screens, and equipment to their designated locations.
- Leave the tunnel clean and ready for the next customer.
- No food, gum, or sunflower seeds are permitted on the turf.
- Do not prop open exterior doors.
- Access codes may not be shared.
- Members must comply with all SMASH Indoor Sports facility rules, waivers, cancellation policies, and terms and conditions.
The Victory Center is not intended for team practices or team rentals through the membership programs. The three-person maximum per tunnel is strictly enforced at this location.
This is both a membership policy and a safety requirement due to the size and layout of the facility. The Victory Center is designed for individual athletes and trainers — not full teams gathering, rotating through tunnels, or occupying surrounding areas.
Examples of misuse include:
- Sharing a membership or access code
- Bringing unauthorized guests
- Using the membership for lessons or team practices
- Using more time than the membership allows, or staying beyond the reserved time
- Using spaces that were not reserved
- Booking a reservation for another person or organization
- Allowing a nonmember to use the reservation in the member's place
- Repeatedly failing to return equipment or follow facility rules
- Damaging equipment through misuse or negligence
Misuse may result in a written warning, temporary suspension, or termination of membership privileges. SMASH retains the right to determine whether a membership is being used improperly and to address violations accordingly.
